Join us for our last Sound Bath of 2025, a special evening dedicated to grounding your energy before the holiday rush.
This immersive experience will guide you into deep stillness through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
As the year comes to a close, allow yourself to release tension, find balance, and reconnect with your inner calm before stepping into the festive season.
Take this time to pause, breathe, and realign. A moment of peace before Christmas.
The session will begin with a brief introduction, followed by 50 minutes of high-vibrational sound using crystal singing bowls and chimes.
These instruments create layers of resonant tones that promote deep relaxation, energetic balance, and inner stillness.
Bring your yoga mat, pillow(s), a blanket, an open heart, and your phone already on airplane more or no disturb. 🙏🏻
